Technology- Working with the various bar associations, I want to address the problems associated with the delays of e-file to provide “real time” filing of pleadings and documents. Transitioning to a case management system from a case maintenance system will assist towards making our system more efficient and cost-effective for all parties involved. Access to Courts- With the increased number of individuals and families attempting to navigate the legal system alone, there is a greater need for customer education and guidance. |
